Using and looking after your pencils
A few habits keep the tip clean, the colour even and the pencils working until the last centimetre.
How to apply
- Sharpen. Use the included sharpener for a fine tip, or leave it rounded for a softer, smoky line.
- Draw. Work from the inner corner outwards in short strokes along the lash line.
- Set. Keep your eyes open for a few seconds while the gel sets.
Removing it
Use an oil-based or two-phase eye makeup remover. Hold a soaked cotton pad on the closed eye for a few seconds so the remover dissolves the gel, then wipe gently. Rubbing hard is not needed and is hard on delicate skin.
Storage
- Keep the cap securely closed when a pencil is not in use.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat; a hot car or a sunny windowsill will soften the gel.
- If a tip has softened, put the pencil in the fridge for ten minutes before sharpening.
- Wipe the sharpener blade now and then so it cuts cleanly.
Safety notes
- Apply around the eye area and avoid direct contact with the inside of the eye.
- Stop using it if irritation or discomfort occurs.
- Do not share eye pencils, and sharpen before each use to keep the tip clean.
- Keep out of reach of young children.

If something arrives damaged
A pencil that arrives snapped or crushed, a missing pencil or sharpener, or a set that is not what you ordered counts as a fault. Email a photograph of the item and its packaging to service@kylentorvip.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. The refund policy has the details.
