The pencils
What is in a set?
Fourteen gel eyeliner pencils, one in each shade, and one sharpener.
What finishes are there?
Matte shades, shimmer shades and metallic shades, from classic black and brown to electric blue, neon and rose metallic.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Once the gel has set it is made to resist water and smudging. Give it a few seconds to set before you blink hard or touch your eyes.
How do I take it off?
Use an oil-based or two-phase eye makeup remover. Hold a soaked pad on the eye for a few seconds, then wipe gently; there is no need to rub hard.
Can I use it on my waterline?
We recommend applying it around the eye area along the lash line, and avoiding direct contact with the inside of the eye.
What if it irritates my eyes?
Stop using it and remove it with a gentle remover. If irritation continues, see a doctor. Read the use and care notes before first use.
Choosing a set
Which set should I choose?
Every set contains the same fourteen shades. Larger bundles give you more full sets at a lower price per set, which suits sharing or keeping a spare.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We show the shades as accurately as we can, but screens and lighting vary, so a shade may look slightly different in person.
Ordering and delivery
Where do you ship?
The United States and most countries worldwide. A small number of destinations are excluded, and checkout will not offer a rate for them.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is one flat rate per order rather than per item; the exact amount for your address is shown at checkout. Some products and larger baskets ship free — where that applies it is shown at checkout rather than promised in a headline. Current rates are in the shipping policy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes about 8–14 business days to the United States and 10–20 business days elsewhere. Customs can add time we cannot predict.
Will I pay import duty?
Possibly. Duty and local tax depend on the country the parcel enters. They are not included in our prices and, where they apply, are charged by your own customs authority.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email the order number and we will cancel and refund it in full. Once it is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but you can return it.
Returns
Can I return the set?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the pencils are unused and in their original packaging with the sharpener. Email us first and we will send the return address. The refund policy has the details.
Something arrived broken. What now?
Email a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to post it back.
